That's a difficult question to answer, but since I wore it today remarking on how I loved it, and considering my excitement when it was finished: my handspun faroese shawl is my most beloved handknit to date. Although my Tangled Yoke cardigan comes in a close second as my first sweater.

Not really, but I thought I'd take the opportunity to say thanks again for the saffron cookie recipe - it is stellar.
Happy 3 years! Hope there are many more to come!
Here are my answers to the questions.
1. How long have you been knitting?
I started knitting at age 8 or 9, but then stopped during high school and college. Now that I'm out of college, I am diving right back in!
2. Are you a regular, new reader, lurker?
I am a fairly new reader. I blog-jumped from somebody else's blog last month.
3. What's your favorite thing you ever knit?
Since I haven't knit anything majorly complicated yet, I would say my favorite knit is my Irish Hiking Scarf. I love the beauty and simplicity of it so much that I have made 3 scarves in a row!
4. Your turn! Anything you're curious to ask me?
I am deathly afraid of making mistakes in knitting because I don't really know how to "frog" other than taking out the needles and undoing the work. How do you frog and still be able to pick up all your stitches without losing them? Or when you might do a crossed over type of stitch?
Thanks for letting me participate in your contest!
No entry from me! Just wanted to wish you a happy blogiversary!
